Dr. Craig Justice is vice president of instruction at Irvine Valley College in Irvine, California. He was at Chaffey College for 33 years, including six years as dean of Instructional Programs and Services. As dean, he was responsible for enrollment management, retention, coordinated scheduling, curriculum development, and basic skills support programs. He specializes in designing programs designed to help foundation skills students who are behind in achieving some core basic skills attain them and become transfer-ready. He also provides leadership in programs designed to support more advanced learners: online students, honors students, transfer students, high-tech occupational students, among others.
