Sondra Cosgrove
Sondra Cosgrove is a professor of history at the College of Southern Nevada. She has taught history online since 2003 and has been actively involved in e-Learning, strategic planning, and policy development since 2004. Currently, she teaches a wide variety of courses including U.S. Survey, Nevada History, Native American History, History of Mexico, Latin American History, and Latin American Studies. At CSN, Cosgrove chairs the Native American Alliance and co-chairs the Womens Alliance. She is also the president of the League of Women Voters Las Vegas Valley and a member of the Nevada Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Cosgrove earned her PhD from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2004 with an emphasis in the U.S. West.
