Wren A. Mills, PhD, is a pedagogical assistant professor teaching in the Organizational Leadership and Adult Education programs in the Educational Administration, Leadership, and Research Department at Western Kentucky University (WKU). She previously served as the assistant director for the Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning, where she prepared graduate students for their first teaching assignments and worked with faculty to integrate technology into their pedagogy.
