Joshua Zugish

Joshua Zugish provides civil litigation, employment and education services, and practices in state and federal court. He also counsels employers with day-to-day employment matters, policy and handbook development, compliance and trainings, workplace investigations, EEOC charges and litigation. He is licensed to practice in Georgia, Colorado, Alabama and Montana. Zugish also serves K-12 and higher education institutions. He is currently an instructor for two Title IX certification courses offered through Tulane Law School, and previously taught the Law of Higher Education as adjunct faculty for Colorado State University and the University of Northern Colorado. Zugish earned his JD in law from the University of Montana School of Law.
