Caroline Toscano is an instructional designer at Century College in White Bear Lake, Mn. She has decades of experience working in higher education, including at the University of Minnesota and Cornell University. She has a PhD in educational psychology and an MA in teaching English as a second language. Her academic areas of interest include trauma-informed educational practice, faculty professional development, student academic support, and DEI.
