Melissa Wells, EdD, BCASE, BCISE is an educator and researcher affiliated with SUNY Empire State University. She holds a Doctor of Education degree, Board Certifications in Autism Spectrum Disorder (BCASE) and Inclusion Specialist in Special Education (BCISE) and has dedicated her career to advancing the field of inclusive education, particularly in the areas of exploring new methodologies to improve educational practices and outcomes. Wells serves as the Director of Teaching and Learning at Empire State University and as a Subject Matter Expert at Liberty University. In addition to these roles, she also holds faculty positions at both institutions, contributing her expertise and dedication to advancing educational practices and supporting student success.
